Thank you for sharing this podcast & for having a goal of helping a million people to minimize their stress, maximize their joy.
It helped me to realize that I still have ALOT in my life in spite of being on kidney dialysis three times per week for four hours per session.
I will be seeing you next week, and am looking forward to it. I, too, view myself as a student of life. …….. I want to help people to be more resilient and hopeful also. I would be interested in learning more about what kind of coach you have and how he/she has been helpful to you. I am currently using your Gratitude Journal on a daily basis. Congratulations on being a successful woman, mentor and role model.
