Episode # 70 – What’s the Flip Side: Embrace Life and Be Grateful with Sarah Clarehugh


“Thank God for my kidney infarctions!” Sarah Clarehugh said during my conversation with her. She is able to say this because she is alive. She is able to say this because suffering from kidney infarctions saved her life.

Sarah tells her inspiring story dealing with severe health issues, including a brain hemorrhage and stroke that almost took her life. Sarah shares how you can learn to be kind to yourself and how seeing the bright side of life creates more for which to be grateful.

Bio

Sarah Clarehugh is a former Interior Design Consultant from Jersey in the Channel Islands.  She is passionate about the arts in all forms, including film, theater, dance, and music (especially jazz).

She is an avid walker and walks between 6 and 8 miles every day. She suffered from a brain hemorrhage and stroke that almost took her life. This experience transformed her life and has taught her to look at the bright side of life.
