Have you or are  you considering traveling or perhaps moving abroad?  With the COVID-19 pandemic you might feel a bit frustrated or even that these dreams are no longer an option for you.  Certainly, Coronavirus changes things; however, it is important to recognize that this pandemic and the challenges it poses to traveling and moving abroad are only temporary.  If this is your dream, it absolutely makes sense to start thinking and planning ahead now.

What you are about to hear is my new series called Roadmap to Adventure, that is intended to help you do just that.

Bio

Christine Samuel is the founder of Inner Work Matters, a wellbeing coach and mindfulness facilitator. She specializes in helping highly driven women in their unique path to fulfillment to step into calm, inner balance, deep mental clarity, and purposeful actions.

Christine was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. She got the urge to move abroad at the age of 18 and finally moved alone, leaving her family behind at the age of 26. Since then, Christine has lived in Toronto, Canada. Through it all, she has learned you need to be willing to let go of attachment to certainty to have a deeper and more profound experience of life. As German psychologist, Erich Fromm said: “Uncertainty is the very condition to impel man to unfold his powers.”
