Episode 44 – Jump in With Both Feet and Commit!
An unexpected and unwanted turn of events during Gin Carter’s academic career changed the course of her life, for the better. Her ability to change direction has brought her to where she is today – saving the planet (her childhood dream) in a very different way from how she envisioned it.
Gin shares how being okay to change course and jumping in with both feet has led her down the path to helping people feel better about themselves through yoga and meditation. In so doing they can make better choices for themselves and for the planet.
