French-born, Australian-based Bernadette Bisseling is a visionary entrepreneur, with impressive corporate experience, credentials and an unrivalled passion for creating awareness of the connection between leadership, performance and wellbeing.

Bernadette is a well-known Behavioural and Leadership Consultant, who has worked with senior executives from around the world to help identify and assess developmental opportunities for both organizations and individuals.

The Big Question for Bernadette is not so much “Why are you here?” but more “Are you happy about what you are becoming?” Asking this question helps end the conflict between who we are and what we do.

Her unique combination of self-discovery and hands-on management experience enabled her to quickly integrate spiritual principles with typical rapid-results management techniques. Techniques with which she effectively coaches and mentors people to bridge the gap between their personal and professional lives, in order for them to thrive.

Working with call centre staff, sales representatives and Executives, it became very obvious to Bernadette that in the leadership training being implemented, there was a crucial missing link – how to empower staff with more energy to feel good about themselves and what they do?

With Bernadette’s exceptional insight, the answer was obvious. What were people fuelling their bodies and minds with? She realised a focus on life purpose, joy and food was the missing link.

Bernadette brings together her diverse experience in organisational behaviour, international marketing, communications and strategic planning, international trade, tourism, personal development and nutrition sectors with her highly regarded reputation and passion for body, mind and spiritual nourishment to individuals and corporate well-being.

She facilitates employee well-being workshops, increasing performance and heightening leadership, through her practical, easily implemented, accessible and highly workable employee enrichment program.

Her background includes several years of experience in senior executive roles with American Express, holding the highly respected role as the nominated representative for the French Tourist Board in Australia for 6 years, on top of which Bernadette has been involved in producing 64 documentaries about regional food and culture.

In 2012 she established her business, ‘Bernadette Bisseling Consulting” and in her role as the Life Force Locksmith she crystallises the significance of purpose, joy and the power of being in love with ourselves, in conjunction with the “Success in Mind” for employee betterment and corporate leadership programs.
