Author, Rachel Adcock was skeptical when it came to the idea that there is a purpose in our pain. She discusses her new book, Pain with Purpose, why she now believes that everything happens for a reason, and encourages those going through seemingly insurmountable struggles to know that there is a greater purpose in what they are experiencing. She also talks about how she hushed the voice of self-doubt to write and publish Pain With Purpose and feel at peace with sharing her deeply personal and inspiring stories with the public.
Bio
Rachel Adcock is a wife, mother of two boys, and an active member of her church and the community. Her extroverted personality has led her to work in leadership roles for over 20 years with expertise in process and project management.
Rachel has survived cancer, a painful divorce, single parenting, and has endured several other trials at a fairly young age. Because she is alive and thriving today, despite her challenges, she believes that pain happens for a purpose. This fervent belief and her strong desire to improve the quality of people’s lives, has sent her on a mission to help young women who are facing difficulties work through them so that they can find the purpose in their pain and find happiness.
Rachel has just released her first book, Pain with Purpose, to share her story and attempt to inspire and encourage others.
