Life will present its challenges.  How you approach them can mean the difference between finding equilibrium and remaining in a state of anxiety and chaos.  Author, Rachel Adcock shares how she deals with life’s unexpected moments, in particular what she has done to navigate the Coronavirus Pandemic, and what you can do to handle your next challenge more gracefully.

Bio

Rachel Adcock is a wife, mother of two boys, and an active member of her church and the community.  Her extroverted personality has led her to work in various leadership roles for over 20 years with expertise in process and project management.

Rachel has survived cancer, a painful divorce, single parenting, and has endured several other trials at a fairly young age. Because she is alive and thriving today, despite her challenges, she believes that pain happens for a purpose.  This fervent belief and her strong desire to improve the quality of people’s lives, has sent her on a mission to help young women who are facing difficulties work through them so that they can find the purpose in their pain and find happiness.

To that end, Rachel released her first book last year, Pain with Purpose, to share her story and attempt to inspire and encourage others.
